Join our annual March Madness Bracket Challenge!
For the first time ever, we are opening our internal March Madness Bracket Challenge to our wider community. You don’t want to miss this. Sign up before bracket selection on Sunday, March 16.
How It Works
- Each entry is $10 payable via https://ohiojpc.org/donate/. (Please indicate that this is for the OJPC Bracket Challenge in the comments).
- With one entry you will complete two brackets – one for the men’s tournament, one for the women’s tournament.
- The winner will be the individual who achieves the highest combined score between the men’s and women’s bracket.
- Each participant can have up to two entries (4 brackets), but the entries must match – this way you can’t basically pick the higher performing of the two brackets in either tournament.
- Our bracket challenge is not a “pool”, it is a fundraising opportunity. The total amount of money raised by the challenge will be donated to OJPC in the name of the winner. (In order to maximize the thrill, our very own Elijah Hack will AGAIN offer the naming rights to my firstborn if anyone is able to have perfect brackets for the men’s and women’s tournaments).
- This bracket challenge is open to EVERYONE who wants to participate. The more the merrier! If you do invite someone, please try to make sure that they pay for their entry using https://ohiojpc.org/donate/. (Please indicate that this is for the OJPC Bracket Challenge in the comments)
- Selection Sunday is March 16. The Men’s bracket will be announced at 6 pm, the Women’s bracket will be announced at 8 pm. You cannot submit picks prior to this date as there is no bracket to pick from.
- The Men’s tournament begins Thursday March 20nd at 12:15 pm. The Women’s tournament begins Friday March 21st at 11:30 am. All picks must be finalized by those time. You can edit you picks at any point prior to tip.
- Password for both groups is “secondchance.”
