Gabe Davis

Gabe Davis is the Chief Executive Officer for the Ohio Justice & Policy Center (OJPC). Gabe joined OJPC in August of 2023 after having served as the Executive Director of the Citizen Complaint Authority (CCA), a policing oversight agency in Cincinnati. Prior to his role with CCA, he served as a federal prosecutor at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. for over three years. While at DOJ, he traveled the country investigating and prosecuting hate crimes, as well as offenses involving the abuse of prisoners and detainees by prison and police staff. Gabe has also practiced law at Frost Brown Todd, specializing in criminal defense and government investigations. Early in his career, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City. Gabe was born and raised in Cincinnati, and is the son of a retired Cincinnati Police Officer and a preschool educator. He is a product of Cincinnati Public Schools and the Seven Hills School. He graduated from Yale University and Harvard Law School. He and his wife are the proud parents of three young daughters.
