Annie Shaver graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and had taken several courses in Social Work as a minor. She participated in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps after college as Volunteer Coordinator at a soup kitchen in Syracuse, NY. Annie worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities as a Direct Support Professional and Development Coordinator as she crisscrossed the US and briefly lived in Australia. Annie lived in the L’Arche Chicago community for two years and has many friends she likes to visit there. She has always been passionate about serving others, working for social justice, and celebrating people for their uniqueness and abilities. Annie lives in a suburb of Dayton, OH and joined OJPC in Spring 2022 and is glad to be part of the team.
