LaToya Bell

LaToya Bell joined OJPC in January 2022 as the Deputy Director.  Prior to joining OJPC, LaToya served as the Municipal Chief for the Hamilton County Clerk where she managed the largest Clerk of Courts Division working as part of the leadership team during Aftab Pureval’s administration.  LaToya developed a reputation as a strong litigator early in career.  While working as public defender in Maryland and Kentucky, as well as serving as the Senior Staff Attorney managing the Worker’s Rights Clinic with the Washington Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights,  LaToya’s work has been rooted in addressing social justice issues.  LaToya earned her B.A from Howard University and her J.D from Thurgood Marshall School of Law.  LaToya is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
